  • Wytron USA will repair or replace any merchandise that purchased from Wtyron USA and is still covered under warranty.
    • Most Wytron USA products come with a limited one year warranty. Refer to our warranty policy for more details.
 
 
  • Wytron USA will choose to repair, replace with an equivalent or better merchandise or issue a credit that best fits the situation at our discretion.
 
 
  • Wytron USA will return to customers any RMA merchandise without a RMA form, RMA number, and a serial number that does not match our database.
 
 
  • Please package all RMA item(s) sent back to Wytron USA securely. Wytron USA will be not held responsible for any damage or lost merchandise during the shipping of the items back to Wytron USA.
 
 
  • Please include the invoice number on all RMA Request Forms. RMA requests without a valid invoice number from Wytron USA will not be accepted.
 
 
  • Customers assume all costs for shipping RMA item(s) back to Wytron USA. International customers pay for round trip shipping.
    • Wytron will not refund or be held responsible for any shipping or related costs for RMA shipments to Wytron USA.
 
 
  • Wytron USA will process and repair all RMA requests within 30 days of receiving the RMA item(s).
    • Please keep in mind that inventory shortages, work overload, and special circumstances may delay process.
 
 
  • Wytron USA will ship RMA items back to customers through Ground shipping.
 
 
  • Submission of RMA Request Forms confirms that you read, understand and agree to the terms of the RMA Policy and Warranty Policy.
