  • Call customer service at 714-522-3247 or fill out the RMA Request Form online.
 
  4) How long does it take to complete a RMA request?  
 
  • Up to 30 days or more after we receive the items depending on the type of repair.
 
  5) Is there a time frame to ship RMA items back to Wytron USA?  
 
  • Yes, please ship RMA items back within 10 days of RMA number issuance.
